In Network Medical Insurance:

​       For those with Medical Insurance; we partner with a national medical biller specific to sleep apnea.  Our billing partner is in network with all major medical insurance providers.  In addition, our partner has pre-negotiated the best reimbursements for oral appliances which means less games and uncertainty.

       Our billing partner will go over all costs with you before you spend a dime including: Co-pays, deductibles and any out of pocket costs so there are no surprises.

Veterans Administration:

WE LOVE OUR VETERANS! 

We work closely with the Veterans Administration. The process is simple and complicated all at the same time.  The VA is very strict on initiating the process.  Only the veterans themselves can initiate the process so:

1.  Call the VA office you normally work with.  Ask them to send an order for a *home sleep test and oral appliance to our office: Lighthouse Sleep Apnea Center.

2.  Let us know you have initiated the process so we may follow up with the VA.

3.  As soon as we receive the order from the VA we can take it from there.  We will immediately call you to schedule your testing.

*  The VA has been requiring some patients to receive an in-lab sleep test. Which requires the patient to go to a sleep lab.  We do not provide in-lab sleep tests.  If the VA requires this don't worry.  This is common and getting the test done is the most important thing.  Lighthouse Sleep Apnea Center can still provide the oral appliance and all additional pre and post-testing at our office.

** Free Airway Test:  Veterans are more than welcome to come in for a free airway test prior to contacting the VA.  The free test will tell us if there is a reduction in airflow and the location.  In addition, the test will tell us if an oral appliance will be effective or if a CPAP is the way to go.

Medicare:

We currently in the process of receiving our Medicare credentials.  We hope to have it soon.  In the meantime please come in for a Free Airway Test.

Cash Patients:

Sometimes it is better not to use insurance or patients simply do not have insurance.  Don't worry we have you covered.  We have a special package deal for cash paying patients.  All the services are bundled together.  Pre and post-testing, oral appliance and all follow-ups.  The initial home sleep test is NOT included in the package but the cost is nominal and the HST is optional with cash patients.
